You submit a new booking request including # of passengers, available points, and your desired dates and destination.
We begin our award search efforts in your behalf until flights within your search parameters are found.
We meet to discuss details of the award flights that we found for you. At this point you decide whether you APPROVE or REJECT. If you reject we go back to the previous step, Search, until suitable flights are found.
We finalize your reservation, prepay taxes and fees in your behalf, and provide you with booking confirmation information. Only once the approved booking is finalized will we proceed to send you an invoice.
